Getting to your first payout takes three steps. Connect the TronLink wallet that holds your USDT, set the fee wallet and percentage that apply to your batches, and choose the network you want to operate on. From that point the workspace is ready to accept a recipient list.
Recipients arrive either as a CSV export from whatever system already tracks your team, or pasted directly as one address per line. Every address is validated before anything is signed, duplicates are surfaced, and the equal split is calculated in integer sun so the totals reconcile exactly. You see the per-person amount, the fee amount and the grand total before you approve.
The first run is worth doing on the Shasta testnet with free faucet funds.
